BCG Attorney Search in Minneapolis seeks a Construction and Infrastructure Transactions Associate to draft and negotiate sophisticated contracts for large-scale energy, transportation, and industrial infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of construction-related transactional experience, a JD, and strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage high-stakes transactions.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of construction-related transactional experience.
• Proficiency in independently drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent legal writing skills and strong academic credentials.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate EPC agreements, design-build documents, and alternative delivery contracts.
• Advise on risk allocation, indemnification, insurance, and bonding.
• Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to high-stakes infrastructure transactions.
