Job summary

Global Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Accounting Manager in Centennial, CO to oversee daily accounting operations and support administrative functions for a growing commercial builder.

The role requires hands-on expertise in construction accounting, job costing, WIP schedules, and timely financial reporting, working closely with leadership, project managers, and the outside CPA to improve financial visibility and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in construction.
• Direct construction or trade accounting experience required.
• Experience with construction job costing and WIP.
• Experience with AIA G702/G703 pay applications.
• Strong AP/AR and reconciliations; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage payroll, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain project job costing and WIP schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations and Leadership.
• Prepare and submit AIA G702/G703 pay applications.
