A construction management firm based in Alpharetta is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with GAAP standards and manage various aspects of project accounting. Responsibilities include overseeing AP, AR, and payroll coordination, as well as collaborating with project managers to drive financial accuracy and efficiency. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, along with 5+ years of relevant experience, is required. Candidates should have strong analytical and leadership skills, particularly within the construction industry.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, including job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with project teams and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll coordination, and job cost accounting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Review and ensure accuracy of job cost reports and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and construction-specific accounting standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on costs, budgets, and billings.
