Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, including job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with project teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll coordination, and job cost accounting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Review and ensure accuracy of job cost reports and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and construction-specific accounting standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on costs, budgets, and billings.
