Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Strategic Connectivity Manager (Starlink) to scale Starlink deployment in high-impact projects worldwide. You will develop strategies aligned with Starlink's business goals and manage cross-functional teams to drive large-scale initiatives, while building relationships with partners and development banks.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business fields required.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering or operations.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Scale the use of Starlink in projects with significant social and economic impact.
• Develop and execute strategies aligning with Starlink goals.
• Manage and grow capabilities to handle projects of all sizes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with influential entities and development banks.
• Measure progress and establish tracking methods for goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Starlink products, processes and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal partners across functions to support projects.
• Coordinate with communications to share compelling messages about impact.
