Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in business intake and conflicts or legal services.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in firm applications after orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming conflict check submission forms.
• Create lateral conflict folders and update spreadsheets.
• Prepare requests and engagement letters for onboarding.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
