• Degree must be in Computer Science or related field with relevant CS coursework.
• Experience in design, development and lifecycle management of computer/information systems.
• Military training such as JCAC counted toward experience requirements.
• Progression: FULL PERFORMANCE with degree and 3 years, SENIOR with degree and 6 years, EXPERT with degree and 9 years.

Responsibilities

• Modernize IT architecture through analysis of research and evolving requirements.
• Integrate industry trends, technologies and vendor features.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify, evaluate and recommend solutions.
• Produce compliance results for project requirements and IT architecture.
• Define and analyze data requirements; map legacy data to logical/physical models.
• Propose standard data transport methods between IT systems and knowledge databases.
• Align enterprise data models with physical data models.
