Job summary

Ricursive Intelligence is seeking a Strategic Finance & Compute Lead to design near- and long-term compute strategy for model training and chip-design workloads. You will manage relationships with cloud platforms, GPU providers, data-centers, hardware firms, and investors, translating technical programs into executable business models.

You will structure large-scale AI infrastructure partnerships, shape pricing and commercial terms, and lead cross-functional teams through multi-generation

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or related principal role
• Experience structuring and executing complex high-value transactions
• Strong financial modeling skills for long-term economics and risk analysis
• Ability to translate technical programs into clear commercial structures
• Strong commercial judgment and executive-level communication
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-moving environment
• Interest in AI infrastructure and frontier technology economics

Responsibilities

• Define Ricursive’s near- and long-term compute strategy across model training and chip-design workloads
• Build relationships with cloud platforms, GPU providers, data-centers, hardware firms, investors, and financing partners
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of compute capacity aligned with the roadmap
• Lead compute transactions from sourcing to close, including diligence and structuring
• Translate technical requirements into commercial agreements with technical teams
• Develop market intelligence on capacity, pricing, and hardware roadmaps
• Structure large-scale AI infrastructure partnerships spanning multiple generations
• Shape pricing, packaging, and commercial models for strategic customers
• Lead negotiations with senior executives, investors, and strategic partners
• Align leadership, finance, and legal on economics, risk, and priorities
• Support broader corporate finance and strategic initiatives as Ricursive scales
