Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in legal, compliance, audit, regulatory, banking, insurance, or business management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of databases; familiarity with bank software.

Responsibilities

• Assists with compliance audits and regulatory examinations, coordinating information and follow-up on findings.
• Maintains compliance program, tracks KRIs, and analyzes risks for new or revised products and systems.
• Develops cross-functional procedures and policies; conducts operational testing.
