Job summary

You will coordinate with Compliance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet regulatory and accreditation requirements and align with organizational goals.

You will manage governance, milestones, risks, and reporting, while driving continuous improvement of the compliance program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Compliance, Public Health, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of compliance department projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross functional project teams to ensure successful implementation of compliance initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, barriers, and resource constraints.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership and governance committees.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained per standards.
