Hill Physicians Medical Group is seeking a Manager of Compliance and Privacy Program to implement and oversee program elements, collect information, and deliver timely communications across internal and external audiences.

The role is hands-on, supervising staff, conducting investigations, risk assessments, reporting, and ensuring resources meet deadlines and service levels within a health plan context.

Formación

• Experience implementing corporate compliance elements and privacy programs.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and produce timely reports.
• Develops and maintains training on Compliance, Privacy, and Security.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Compliance/Privacy Officer with program elements and reporting.
• Conduct on-site new hire orientation on Compliance, Privacy, and Security monthly.
• Maintain and update training and policy tools, including SharePoint and databases.
• Prepare reports on Compliance initiatives by deadlines.
• Coordinate materials for committees and meetings with data analyses.
