Securian Financial Group is seeking a Compliance Consultant in Saint Paul, MN to oversee Affinity Solutions' compliance operations as the business expands into new products, markets, and partnerships. You will lead regulatory responses, oversee TPA compliance, and coordinate with Law, Internal Audit, and business teams to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex compliance or regulatory matters.
• Strong knowledge of compliance principles, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
• Ability to lead compliance initiatives, establish oversight practices, and improve policies in response to changes.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Affinity's business compliance operations and regulatory inquiries.
• Lead regulatory response strategy for market conduct examinations and inquiries.
• Strengthen TPA compliance programs, remediation oversight, and regulatory change implementation.
• Monitor legislative developments across Affinity's products and markets.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements for new products, markets, and business models.
• Serve as a strategic compliance advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams.
