Job summary

Lindt is seeking a Compliance and Internal Controls professional to oversee the company’s control environment. Hybrid role with three days per week in Stratham, NH or Boston offices, driving risk assessments, remediation, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Audit and Finance to ensure GAAP/IFRS adherence, manage control testing, and support external audits. Strong communication and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit and accounting roles with SOX and internal controls.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and remediation of findings.
• Strong understanding of COSO framework and SOX principles.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage internal control frameworks and policies.
• Lead risk assessments and control testing with documentation.
• Coordinate remediation plans and timelines with stakeholders.
• Support external auditors during audits and provide schedules.
• Create control narratives, flowcharts, and test plans as needed.
• Monitor governance, risk and compliance modules in ERP systems.
• Ensure proper data and segregation of duties in ERP.
