Job summary

Lindt is seeking a Compliance Accountant III in Stratham, New Hampshire. In this hybrid role, you will ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting principles, support month-end closings, and prepare regulatory reports.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, a Master's degree, and a CPA or CMA. You will also be responsible for designing and testing internal controls and supporting external audits while working closely with various internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience required.
• Mix of public & corporate accounting preferred.
• Audit experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and accepted accounting principles.
• Support month-end close and prepare regulatory reports.
• Design and test internal controls to mitigate financial risk.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with ERP systems

Solid knowledge of SOX compliance
