Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Compliance Analyst to identify risks, analyze regulatory changes, and help implement controls across products and processes. You will work with multiple departments and management to ensure legal requirements are met and improvements realized.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, supporting audits, developing training programs, and managing compliance projects. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field with several years in financial services is

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, and processes related to financial institutions.
• Strong analytical/problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize a variety of activities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory changes and determine applicability to Redwood Credit Union.
• Prepare and present analyses to management to aid decisions.
• Implement legal requirements across products, services, and processes.
• Create and manage compliance programs and training materials.
• Support audits and examinations with prepared documentation and remediation plans.
• Assist with department budget and monthly reporting.
