Responsibilities

• Coordinate project-level administration for large, multi-investigator, multi-department, and multi-component sponsored research programs.
• Facilitate communication among principal investigators, project leadership, CGS, OSPA, RFS, departmental administrators, and stakeholders.
• Monitor priorities, timelines, requirements, governance activities, and emerging issues to support project execution.
• Assist leadership with interpreting award terms, sponsor expectations, and compliance at the program level.
• Develop consolidated budgets and financial projections by integrating information from multiple awards and components.
• Monitor trends, burn rates, funding alignment, milestones, and sustainability; report concerns to stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation for progress reports, revisions, renewals, no-cost extensions, and closeout activities.
• Support payroll allocation reviews and complex financial actions with institutional offices.
• Coordinate actions related to proposals, renewals, pilot projects, and other sponsored actions.
• Facilitate subaward administration and monitoring with CGS, OSPA, and departments.
• Organize governance activities, steering committee logistics, timelines, and reporting.
