Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated Planner to support community, land use, transportation planning and public engagement projects across the region.

The Planner will collaborate with planning and engineering staff on comprehensive plans, zoning codes, corridor studies, multimodal planning and public engagement initiatives, developing technical reports, maps, graphics and presentations while managing multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning or related field.
• 2-4 years of planning-related experience.
• Experience preparing technical reports, graphics, and presentations.
• AICP certification or progress toward AICP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning projects from initiation through completion with team and clients.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, maps, and graphics.
• Assist with stakeholder meetings, workshops, and public engagement activities.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets with guidance from senior staff.
