Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Community Development Manager to advance infrastructure growth in Georgia by leveraging community engagement and industry knowledge. You will provide data-driven insights and manage programmatic engagements aligned with market assessments for data center opportunities.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and drive local development plans while ensuring measurable social impact and alignment with management goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Education, Public Relations/Policy, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in Data Centers, Utilities, Government, Advanced Manufacturing, or capital intensive industries.
• Experience developing and launching local, state, national or global public-private partnerships.
• Experience using analytics to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support Google’s infrastructure growth in the state by combining community engagement and industry knowledge.
• Provide data-driven insights and programmatic engagement to support SPO's community development goals for data center markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable social impact and engage with stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day execution of programmatic community development plans and research in-market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and local Google data center staff to drive development goals.
