Qualifications

• BA Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting at corporate/divisional level.
• Strong financial systems experience: Empyrean, Longview, Excel.
• Experience in Community banking is a plus.
• GAAP knowledge and strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, monitoring, and analysis of the Community Division's financial and operating performance.
• Coordinate budget development and strategic planning for the Community division.
• Evaluate financial impact of proposed initiatives, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Oversee compensation-related analysis, including incentives and commissions.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as division project manager.
• Present budgets and plans to executive management for approval.
