Qualifications

• BA Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial systems (Empyrean, Longview, Excel).
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, monitoring, and analysis of the division's financial and operational performance.
• Financial evaluation of proposed strategic initiatives, acquisitions/divestitures, product development, etc.
• Provide compensation-related support and analysis (commissions, incentives, production calcs and reporting).
• Coordinate annual strategic plan and operating budget development for the Community Division.
• Support analysis requests including feasibility studies for acquisitions/divestitures and pricing.
