Job summary

Google seeks a Community Development Manager to support infrastructure growth in Oklahoma. You will coordinate data-driven insights and engage with local governments, nonprofits, schools, and industry partners to align community needs with Google's data center expansion.

Lead cross-functional collaboration across Acquisition & Development, Energy, Government Affairs and Public Policy to scale place-based programs, deliver measurable social impact, and strengthen partnerships across time zones

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years in program or project management.
5 years in Data Centers, Utilities, Government, Advanced Manufacturing or capital intensive industries.
5 years developing and launching local, state, national or global public-private partnerships.

Responsibilities

Engage with key local leaders and organizations to ensure initiatives meet community needs.
Develop strategies to scale Community Affairs coverage in emerging markets with place-based frameworks.
Create locally focused investment plans and communicate impact of data centers to communities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams to support infrastructure growth.
