Job summary

Child & Family Service in Ewa Beach, HI, is seeking a Communications and Social Media Specialist to lead external communications and digital engagement. You will create content, manage channels, and analyze performance to support our mission of strengthening families.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in communications or social media, with strong writing and CMS experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• Two to five years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or social media management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
• Experience with CMS and social media analytics tools.
