Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or nonprofit sector.
• Professional bilingual fluency in Korean and English.
• Strong content creation, storytelling, digital marketing, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy.
• Manage brand voice and visual identity across channels and programs.
• Oversee donor campaigns, fundraising support, and donor engagement.
• Coordinate media relations with English and Korean media.
• Oversee content for newsletters and social platforms; analyze metrics.
