Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating Tax Office communications and public information.
• Draft news releases, editorials, brochures, reports, and website content.
• Support training programs and employee engagement efforts.
• Assist with media relations and respond to inquiries from the public.
• Monitor communications effectiveness via surveys and analytics.
• Provide internal training support and coordinate staff communications.
