Job summary

CMA CGM North America seeks a seasoned communications leader to develop and execute integrated public relations and corporate communications strategies that support our global vision and North America objectives. You will manage the corporate brand, engage key stakeholders, and craft messaging across external and internal channels.

Responsibilities include creating press materials, briefs, speeches, and website content, while advising on reputational matters and leading events with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Master's Degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, PR, media relations, and stakeholder engagement for a large organization.
• Experience managing communications budgets and external agency relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience developing integrated communications strategies.
• Expertise in corporate communications, media relations, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and research skills.
• Experience planning and supporting corporate events and leadership visits.
• Proficiency in digital communications, website content management, social media, multimedia production, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of social media, SEO, and SEM best practices welcomed.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with discretion.
• Commitment to governance, ethics, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated public relations and communications strategies.
• Manage CMA CGM North America’s corporate reputation, brand positioning, and stakeholder communications.
• Create press releases, press statements, executive briefs, speeches, and website content.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and internal partners.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment.
• Provide strategic communications counsel on reputational and business matters.
• Support corporate events, leadership visits, customer engagements, and industry conferences.
• Support internal communications to strengthen employee engagement and culture.
• Report to the Vice President, Communications.
• Collaborate with global headquarters and cross-functional partners.
