Job summary

AVANCE-San Antonio is seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager to lead strategic planning, development, launch, and management of communications across digital, print, and in-person platforms.

Working with the Senior Director of Communications and Development, you will guide brand messaging, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement, while supervising staff, vendors, and budgets to advance AVANCE's growth and visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in communications or marketing with strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage organization-wide communications and marketing strategies.
• Lead integrated campaigns for program expansion and visibility.
• Oversee AVANCE's brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Direct content for websites, emails, social media, and print materials.
• Coordinate messaging for events, graduations, and outreach.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and contracts related to communications.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and messaging.
• Evaluate engagement data and adjust strategies.
