Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 8 years directly related work experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervising staff.
• Ability to develop and execute communication strategies that deliver outcomes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic communications plans aligned with KS brand and goals.
• Leads crisis and issues management with prepared statements, talking points, and media training.
• Builds relationships with media, community leaders, and influencers to advance KS initiatives.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive campaigns and address external issues.
