Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Acquisition Support and Strategic Communication Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The role supports Space Systems Command, working with senior leadership across government and private industry.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience, an active Secret clearance, and strong communication and project management skills. Expect a 40-hour week with a base compensation range reflecting market norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related science field or technical discipline.
• 10 years of applicable job experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Understanding of ACAT I–III program management.
• Strong MS Office and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate space-focused communication plans, products, and processes for Space Force leadership and program offices.
• Create and manage end-to-end event production and branding initiatives.
• Support messaging to defend, educate, and promote the organization’s mission.
• Assist senior leaders with strategic engagements and prep packages.
• Produce multimedia content including photos and video using modern tools.
