Job summary

PCI Federal seeks a Strategic Communications professional to help develop internal communication strategies, policies, and SOPs, supporting the integration of communications capabilities across DCSA.

The contractor will provide strategic communications operations support for internal and external channels, web content development, and social media, with metrics reporting and knowledge management across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have 8 years of strategic communications experience and federal government contracting experience.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or another related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communication strategies, policies, and SOPs to support integration of communications across DCSA.
• Provide strategic communications operational support for internal and external channels, including web content, social media, metrics reporting, and knowledge management.
• Assist in strategic outreach planning for events, including playbooks, materials, and post-event analysis.
