Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in communications or public affairs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Government or Intelligence Community communications or public affairs programs.
• Experience managing multiple customer projects in a fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of strategic communications, including planning, execution, and assessment of key functional areas.
• Experience developing communication plans and content for outreach campaigns, including messaging, social media posts, marketing materials, or multimedia products.

• Provide end-to-end internal communications support to promote workforce engagement and transparency.
• Create and implement integrated communications plans for programs and initiatives.
• Manage content for internal blogs, newsletters, websites, and other publications.
• Provide executive communications support, including guidance on messaging, speeches, and leadership messages.
• Maintain and enforce consistent brand identity and editorial standards.
• Analyze the effectiveness of communications and recommend adjustments based on best practices.
• Facilitate internal communication working groups to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Coordinate design and multimedia products for visuals and digital storytelling.
• Translate complex intelligence, technology, and mission-related information into clear content.
• Deliver high-quality products on schedule in a high-paced environment.
• Support internal and external outreach initiatives, events, and exhibits strategies.
