Qualifications

• Experience in strategic communications, public affairs, corporate communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare executive-level communications, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder engagement, outreach initiatives, and events.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and content development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and manage communication materials, including articles, reports, presentations, newsletters, talking points, and other communication content.
• Prepare executive-level messaging, leadership briefs, speeches, presentations, and other communications to support organizational objectives.
• Coordinate communication activities with internal teams, external stakeholders, partner organizations, and other relevant audiences.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing meetings, briefings, outreach activities, and official events.
• Support public affairs initiatives, internal announcements, organizational updates, and communication campaigns.
• Assist with photography, digital content creation, visual communications, and multimedia materials for internal and external use.
• Ensure communication materials are accurate, consistent, professional, and aligned with organizational messaging and objectives.
• Provide communications support in a government or federal contracting environment, following applicable guidelines and procedures.
