Job summary

Britebound is seeking a Communications Manager to partner with the Impact Hub and help ensure the organization’s voice is clear, consistent, and aligned with strategic goals. The role focuses on planning, messaging, and campaign execution across posts, emails, and events to maximize impact and visibility.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives, grantees, partners, and creative teams, with a hybrid schedule and a strong focus on measuring reach and effectiveness across channels.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years in communications, content strategy, or related field.
• Track record of carrying a body of work from strategy through execution and measurement.
• No degree required; experience can come from varied paths.
• Experience owning a communications strategy tied to organizational goals.
• Experience partnering with executives, program leaders, and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing social media with emphasis on LinkedIn.
• Experience running mass external email through a marketing platform with list management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Owns the hub's annual communications strategy and ensures alignment across posts, emails, and events.
• Develops a dissemination plan for releases, partnerships, and milestones for channels and audiences.
• Brings communications into hub planning early to maximize reach of announcements, events, partnerships.
• Manages editorials calendars and cross-functional coordination to prevent gaps in execution.
• Shaped executive thought leadership and supported leaders in public communications.
