Lockheed Martin in Greenville, SC, seeks a seasoned Communications Manager to lead integrated communications for the F-16 program and the Greenville site. You will mentor a team, set messaging, and guide executive communications for the program and site leadership.

The role requires strategic communications expertise, strong relationship-building across large organizations, and collaboration with government relations and external partners. Strong storytelling and media experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people, projects, and/or project teams.
• Media relations experience and ability to tell stories across employees, customers and media.
• Experience developing and executing communications plans for executives and programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for the F-16 program and Greenville site.
• Lead creation and maintenance of master F-16 and Greenville message packages.
• Lead crisis and issues management for the F-16 program and Greenville site.
• Manage domestic and international media relations with key Greenville reporters.
• Partner with Government Relations on civic engagement strategies.
• Provide strategic direction for community relations, marketing and digital media.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve decisions.
