You will plan strategic initiatives, manage high-level meetings, and liaise with Booz Allen and Navy leadership, using MS Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools to advance program goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading cross-functional teams in DoW or U.S. Navy Staff environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and coordination of Senior Leader briefings, white papers, memorandums, and provide technical review and quality assurance of correspondence, policy, and acquisition documentation for the Program Office.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives aligned with program goals.
• Coordinate with the Officer Manager to facilitate high-level meetings and events, ensuring materials are prepared and time is well-managed.
• Facilitate communication between departments, stakeholders, and executives.
• Prepare resources and materials for high-level meetings and events.
