• Experience in communications, marketing, public relations, administrative support, events, or related areas is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of written communication and professional communication practices.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively when clarification is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of communications projects, materials, and deadlines.
• Proofread, format, organize, and update approved content and materials.
• Gather information and stories from internal teams to support communications needs.
• Provide on-site event support and prepare materials ahead of events.
• Perform administrative tasks to improve team efficiency and maintain files and records.
