Job summary

University of Northern Colorado seeks a Communication and Events Specialist to lead integrated communications and strategic events for the College of Osteopathic Medicine. You will craft messaging across internal and external channels, coordinate end-to-end events, and support recruitment, community engagement, and partnerships.

Reporting to the Associate Dean, you will collaborate with marketing and leadership to align with strategic priorities, maintain branding, and elevate the COM’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Substitution: Additional appropriate experience will substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Four years’ work experience in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage faculty, staff, and students within the COM.
• Create, write, and manage content for newsletters, announcements, websites, and internal channels.
