• Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex/confidential projects.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience with budget management authority and financial management.
• Knowledge of state and national regulatory guidelines preferred.
