Full Picture seeks a Director, Strategic Communications – Beauty & Lifestyle in New York. You will work with the Senior VP to shape strategy across the beauty division, lead media outreach and influencer partnerships, and guide high-impact campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in public relations, at least 4 years in beauty, and 2+ years in client management. This hybrid role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence major brands.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of public relations experience
• At least 4 years’ current beauty experience
• At least 2 years’ client management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead media and influencer outreach for the beauty division.
• Develop strategic communications plans across clients.
