Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications/Journalism, Public Relations, English, Liberal Arts, or related field.
• 3 years of communications, marketing or publications experience including writing materials.

Responsibilities

• Writes internal/external communication materials (correspondence, newsletters, bulletins, manuals, brochures, handouts, articles, sales promotions, training materials, etc.)
• Edits copy, proofs design, and consults with Corporate Communications on design direction of materials.
• Creates/writes/edits/updates and manages content on the division's internal and/or external websites.
• Tracks projects and maintains high level of customer service and informs staff of project status.
