Job summary

ERM seeks a Consulting Associate, Strategic Communications to support client projects and the Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team across Boston, Rochester, or Richmond. You will monitor media, build stakeholder databases, develop communications content, and coordinate public meetings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes administrative support, health and safety compliance, and travel, with opportunities to contribute to diverse ERM service

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Communications, Public Affairs, Journalism, English, Political Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0 years of relevant professional experience; internships and related experience may be considered.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel (approximately 2-4 weeks annually).
• Experience using social media platforms.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
