• Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic, on-brand messaging to consumers face-to-face at live promotional events and retail activations in Indianapolis.
• Apply audience analysis and communication strategy to real consumer interactions each shift.
• Represent clients' brands with a consistent, purposeful communications approach.
• Track campaign messaging performance, consumer responses, and daily results; report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine communication strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.

Credence Innovations is hiring a Strategic Communications Assistant in Indianapolis. This role is built specifically for Strategic Communications graduates and students who want to apply their messaging, audience engagement, and brand communication skills in a real, fast-paced, face-to-face environment — not in a cubicle.

You studied how messages move people. Now come do it in the field every day.

What You Will Do

• Develop and deliver strategic, on-brand messaging to consumers face-to-face at live promotional events and retail activations throughout Indianapolis
• Apply audience analysis and communication strategy to real consumer interactions every single shift
• Represent our clients' brands with a consistent, purposeful, and persuasive communications approach

What We Are Looking For

What You Will Earn

• $900–$1,500 per week based on performance, paid every week
• Performance bonuses on top of weekly earnings
