Qualifications

• Degree or current enrollment in Strategic Communications, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of audience analysis, message framing, and persuasive communication.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills; adapt messaging to any audience.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and collaborative team player.
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to event locations in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic, on-brand messaging to consumers face-to-face at live promotional events and retail activations in Indianapolis.
• Apply audience analysis and communication strategy to real consumer interactions each shift.
• Represent clients' brands with a consistent, purposeful communications approach.
• Track campaign messaging performance, consumer responses, and daily results; report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine communication strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Grow into a senior communications or leadership role based on results and performance.
