Insight Global is seeking a Commodity Sourcing Manager to drive strategic sourcing across metals, plastics, electronics, and related components for large-scale deployments. You will balance long-term strategy with day-to-day execution while influencing suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will build supplier partnerships, develop should-cost models, monitor market trends, and lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and supply continuity in a remote, full-time environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing multi-year sourcing strategies for direct materials.
• Ability to build supplier partnerships and manage risk.
• Proven track record of cost-reduction initiatives and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own multi-year sourcing strategies for direct material categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFIs, RFQs, and negotiations.
• Establish supplier scorecards and drive quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
