Job summary

You will lead supplier negotiations, develop sourcing strategies, monitor market trends, and support improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing suppliers and supporting sourcing or cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Experience leading or supporting supplier negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Proficiency using data, KPIs, Excel, and ERP systems to support decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned commodities, including supplier performance, cost, and risk management.
• Develop and execute sourcing and supplier strategies aligned with operational and business objectives.
• Identify and deliver cost savings initiatives while monitoring market trends and key cost drivers.
• Lead and support supplier negotiations and contractual agreements.
• Act as a procurement resource for cross‑functional partners and less‑experienced colleagues.
