Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead category strategy, sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and supplier management for indirect materials and services. The candidate will drive sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize costs and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or category management experience.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for indirect spend.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Manage supplier performance and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with legal to negotiate and manage supplier agreements.
• Utilize spend analytics to support procurement decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, service, quality, and working capital.
