Job summary

SupplyCore is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead a strategic commodity portfolio, driving growth, market intelligence, and customer-focused solutions. You will enable Account Managers, support pursuits, and collaborate with Vendor Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations across BOS and TLS programs.

The role requires deep knowledge of defense and federal markets, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel for customer and supplier engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in category management or procurement related to defense or government markets.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent military/work experience.
• Strong ability to translate market trends into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for assigned commodity aligned with objectives.
• Provide intelligence to Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Create sales enablement materials and pursuit support.
• Support major pursuits, captures, and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet requirements.
• Travel to meetings and events as needed.
