Job summary

Bunge Morristown, Indiana is seeking a Senior Commercial Support Specialist to provide critical support for oilseed value chain activities, including origination, truck meal sales and plant logistics coordination. You will help manage settlements, load orders, and audit documentation while liaising with the Plant Administration Supervisor.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred; high school diploma or equivalency is required.
• 5+ years of related administration and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience or exposure to agribusiness activities and transactions preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exposure to enterprise business applications such as SAP GTM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person on customer support items, especially in the absence of the Plant Administration Supervisor.
• Act as a liaison to the Plant Administrative Supervisor.
• Ensure all plant commodity purchases and receipts are properly controlled, applied, and settled as per producer instructions.
• Communicate with grain producers regularly to collect detailed payment instructions.
• Coordinate local logistics and document gathering for audits, including SOX narratives.
