Job summary

Bunge in Morristown, Indiana seeks a Commercial Support Specialist to back local oilseed origination, truck meal sales, and plant logistics coordination. You will support commodity purchases and settlements, verify seed inventory, and coordinate with producers while ensuring accurate payments and documentation.

Role requires strong Excel/Office skills, experience in a fast-paced team, and the ability to manage multiple admin tasks, audits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred; high school diploma or equivalency is required.
• 5+ years of related administration and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience or exposure to agribusiness activities and transactions preferred.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person on customer support items, especially in the absence of the Plant Administration Supervisor.
• Coordinate the gathering of documentation requested by internal/external audits, including SOX narratives.
• Ensure plant commodity purchases and receipts are properly controlled, applied, and settled.
• Prepare load orders and verify seed inventory position.
• Perform AP tasks including daily cheque runs, EFT payments, and government levy calculations.
• Provide coverage for logistic reporting and headcount reporting.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks and answer phones.
