Zusammenfassung

The Commercial Claims Project Manager at HailSolve, Inc. works with external commercial insurance teams, clients, and internal teams to inspect hail damage on commercial roofs, compile thorough reports, and provide accurate estimates to support informed decisions on restoration scope and costs.

Ideal candidates have experience with commercial adjusters or brokerage firms, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel 2–4 days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in insurance and real estate industries involving inspecting, scheduling, project management, and estimating losses.
• Proficient with Xactimate, Symbility, RS Means, or other estimating software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and able to commute to office or project locations.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Able to meet deadlines while being detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal work ethic and leadership skills and qualities.
• Local and Overnight travel up to 2-4 days per week, including long drives and air travel.

Aufgaben

• Conduct field inspections on commercial buildings to identify the extent of hail damage, obtain documentation, and prepare reports documenting damage and condition.
• Review reports and insurance policies for coverage, terms, and exceptions.
• Participate in business presentations when needed to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Interface professionally with clients, adjusters, brokers/carriers, engineers, and building consultants.
• Prepare property damage estimates based on evidence of hail damage to exterior systems of commercial properties.
• Draft and complete additional supplemental estimates as needed.
