Job summary

HailSolve is seeking a Commercial Roof Inspection Analyst to join our field team. This role requires extensive travel by truck and plane to inspect commercial roofing systems for hail damage, with safety as priority.

You will perform detailed inspections, use thermal imaging if available, document findings, and prepare reports with photographic evidence. Salesforce data entry and collaboration with property owners and insurance adjusters are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to inspection sites.
• Own truck with mileage reimbursement provided.
• Physical ability to carry and climb tall ladders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in commercial roofing inspections or related fields.
• Certifications such as HAAG Certified Roof Inspector or NRCA Roofing Certification or equivalent.
• Experience using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Stay updated on roofing materials, repair techniques, and hail damage trends.
• When time and routing allow, drop off Hailsolve information packets at nearby properties and introduce the company if a contact is available.

HailSolve is looking for a Commercial Roof Inspection Analyst to join our team of inspectors who travel around the country evaluating commercial roofing systems for hail damage. This is a pivotal role that calls the initial shot on whether or not a project is possible. This job is both technical and autonomous, with extensive drive and flight travel fully covered by HailSolve. It is also physically demanding, requiring the ability to climb tall ladders and pay close attention to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in the field. While expertise with roofing materials and/or performing damage assessments is preferred, it is not required.

• Strong report writing and analytical skills to provide clear, actionable findings
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills.
• Be a self-starter and require little motivation. Stays on top of assignments, avoiding last‑minute crunches.
• Be detail-oriented and well‑organized with a flexible schedule. Preferred
• Experience in commercial roofing inspections, damage assessments, or related fields
• Experience using 28’ - 36’ ladders and scissor/ boom lifts.
• Knowledge of various roofing materials and systems.
• Ability to adequately assess the physical condition of a property.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Certifications such as HAAG Certified Roof Inspector, NRCA Roofing Certification, or equivalent
