Job summary

CF Fence is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial fencing projects from turnover through closeout in Batavia, IL. You will manage client relations, schedules, labor planning, procurement, and financial performance to deliver on time and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, proactive planning, and excellent communication to coordinate field teams, vendors, and owners while driving profitability and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong contract administration and scheduling knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from turnover through final completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders to align scope, schedule and expectations.
• Anticipate project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of issues that could impact schedule, safety, quality, or profitability.
